Renewal Timeline
Mid-November: Renewal forms mailed
After December meeting: Checks start depositing, cards and keys start mailing
January 1, 2027: Website renewals open
February meeting: Final deadline – locks changed after this date
If you have turned in your renewal but have not received your new card and key, please wait to follow up until February 5th.
Website Registration
Only existing club members will be allowed to register on this website. Approval may take up to a week per person, as there are almost 2,000 members and renewal season is open.
